A: We are factory with area of 29,300 square meters and 400 employees, including more than 20 technicians. Our company is positioned as an export-oriented footwear enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales, with an annual output of about 7-8 million pairs of Ladies/Children/Mens shoes.

 

Q: How do you control the quality of your products?

A:We have a professional QC to test the quality of the samples and production.

 

Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?

A: Yes. But usually, you need to pay courier costs and samples charges. Once you have placed your offical order. We will arrange your samples charges back to your account.

 

Q: Can you make our design or put our logo on the product?

A: Yes. All designs are welcome. if necessary , our R&D team will develop your designs and then send you for testing.

 

Q: When can you deliver our shoes after my payment?

A: Normally speaking, our delivery date is around 50-60 days after receiving 30% deposit. If there is a special case to cause delay, we will keep you informed the status and situation in advance then show you our solutions.

 

Q:Can you give me a discount?

A: we are a wholesale factory, our policy is that bigger quantity, cheaper price. So we will give you a discount according to your order quantity.
