  ZJ,ZJB Roots vacuum pump is a rotary variable displacement vacuum pump,also known as mechanical booster pump. It is currently one of the main pumping equipments for obtaining medium and high vacuum. Its working principle is similar to roots blower, which is used Two＂8"-shaped rotors rotate synchronously in the pump casing to complete suction and exhaust.The difference between ZJB type with relief valve Roots vacuum pump and ZJ Roots vacuum pump is that the inlet and outlet is connected. The self-weight valve was loaded vertically in the channel. Its role is to make that the pressure difference between the exhaust port and the air inlet is always maintained within a controllable value which is the maximum pressure differential allowed for the pump to operate reliably. Therefore, this kind of valve is actually an overload automatic protection valve.

Fore-stage pumps are generally oil-sealed mechanical pumps and liquid ring vacuum pumps such as water ring pumps and oil ring pumps.
