Q1: Are you a manufacturer? 

       A: We have our own factory, where we could check each finished crystal product to ensure the material                    and craftsmanship good quality. 

Q2: What is your MOQ? 

       A: Our MOQ is usually 50pcs, accept small quantity for some complicated custom product.

Q3: Can you do custom design for crystal shape? 

         A: yes, plz send us your design in AI or Clear JPG format.

Q4: Can you do custom logo/text on crystal/gift box?

         A: Yes, we have 4 engraving ways(sandblasting on surface, laser engraving inside, Colorprinting,                              UV printing), custom logo/text on gift box is also available.

Q5: What's your time for making sample?

         A: if in stock, only custom logo on crystal, usually 3-5 workdays;

             if custom shape of crystal, usually 7-10 days. The time includes sample time for custom gift box.

Q6: How many days do you think to finish the mass orders?

         A: Usually 7-25days, depends on the custom requirement and order quantity.
