Features:
1. With special structure, its working liquid is stable, non-sticking to roll and tank, avoids oil floating.2. With excellent hydrophilia, it can absorb water instantly and enjoys better hand feeling than normal hydrophilic silicone.
3. After soft finishing, it is very safe for secondary dyeing.
4. High stability. Resistant to anion, acid-base, high temperature, high shearing, electrolyte.
5. Hand feeling of fluffiness, smoothness, fullness, thickness. No yellowing and low colors changing. Especially suitable for bleaching textile.
6. Environmental agent, without APEO、NPEO, meeting the criteria of GB.
Application:
As after finishing treatment for various textile and fiber, especially for knitting and weaving of cotton and artificial cotton, blended textile.
Dilution: dilute VJ538CB with twice water
Impregnation: diluent: 1-5%(o.w.f)
Padding: diluent: 10-50g/L; once or twice padding processes
Specific method and dosage depend on practical tests before production.
Packaging: 50/120KG plastic drum with inner bag.
Storage: placing in shaded and cool warehouse, avoiding sunshine and wetting, for 6 month.
Transportation: safe transportation as non-dangerous goods
