The Bakery Le Bonta Trecchinesi of Iannotti Ludovico and C. sas has been active for twenty years in the production and
marketing of sweet and savory baked goods, which reconcile the Trecchinese tradition with the
new industry trends. The plant is equipped with numerous state-of-the-art equipment that allows the processing of
products, in compliance with the regulations of the sector and in compliance with the high quality standards.
The company has six wood-burning ovens for cooking
typical Trecchinese white bread, produced with stone ground flour and mother yeast, and recognized
as a Typical Agri food Product (PAT) in Basilicata.
All the products of the Bakery Le Bonta Trecchinesi are made with selected raw materials,
basically organic and of high quality.
