Usually our MOQ is 1, 000 pairs. Trial order lower than this quantity is negotiable.
2.Can I get free samples? Sure. Free samples are available base on freight collect.
3.I want my own design on the gloves, is it works?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
4.How long is the production lead time?
Our usual leadtime is 20days, for customized logo products, extra 7~10 days will be extended.
5.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
We have both ANSI test reports and CE test reports from 3rd lab (SGS/INTERTEK etc) for our products.
6.What is your payment term?
We accept TT, LC etc.
7.The express (UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX ) lost / broken my parcel, how could I do?
Please take a photo and send us for reference, we will replenish/resend the parcel again for you.
