Application 

Rela WFM can get much finer powder with size of micron,sub-micron,etc.which cannot be achieved by normal way.

Working principle

This machine is a horizontal vibrating mill and works batch by batch. The material is fed through a hopper into the grinding chamber, in which there are many stainless steel bars. Under the effect of vibration, the material is micronized into super fine powder through the collision and grinding with the bars. Furthermore, it is equipped with water cooling system to cool the grinding chamber. Designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel, this equipment is operated under full closed conditions without dust flying and environmental pollution. The main unit can be made in a soundproof cabinet to reduce the noise.
