A: We are a more than 15 years experienced factory certificated with BSCI & ISO9001. We have passed some audits, TUV,SGS,UL.,and we provide OEM & ODM service.
Q: Do you offer Alibaba Trade Assurance services?
A: YES. Deal via Trade Assurance is safer for both of us.
Q: Do you provide free samples ?
A: For the first cooperation, we need to charge the sample and freight cost. And ship out in 3-5 working days after test. Sample cost will be returned once you place bulk order.
Q: Do you accept small quantity for trial order?
A: We accept small quantity for trial order to support your business.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Sample: 3-5 working days after payment.Bulk order: 15-45 working days, please confirm case by case.
