Q1: Can I order bean bag cover only or the filled one?
A1: Normally our customer only buy bean bag covers to fill by themselves in order to save the shipping cost because the shipment cost of the filled one is high because of the volume. But if you need the filled product, we can also provide.
Q2: Are you factory or trading company?
A2: We are a manufacturer. Our factory is in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province and our own trading company is in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. We are willing to welcome you to visit us!
Q3: Can I order samples?
A3: Yes, sample order is welcome. Normally we need to charge 1.3 times for the samples because of the labor cost. If you put bulk orders later, we can refund the sample cost to you.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A5: If you need our regular items we are doing bulk order, 50pcs is available. If you need to custom the designs etc, let's contact with us for more details. We are willing to do customization for you!
