LFP-150A upright-type capsule polishing machine
There are functions of capsules polishing and lifting for the LFP-150A upright-type capsule polishing machine, it can be connected with the filling machine for capsules with different sizes, and can be connected with the capsules selecting device and the metal detecting machine, so the production with functions of capsules polishing, lifting, selecting and detecting can be realized.
With many innovated technologies and friendly designs, there are features as follows:
1. With functions of capsules polishing & lifting, the enough space for the next processing is reserved.
2. The inlet & outlet can be adjusted by 360degree, which is convenient to operate, and the covering area is small.
3. The selecting device can automatically select defected capsules whose filling volume is less, the capsule is empty, in which there is smashed chips, or the capsules body is separated.
4. With the ready-packaged structure for the whole machine, it’s easy and convenient to install.
5. All contact parts are made of stainless steel 316L or material which meets the pharmaceutical production demand.
6. The brush in the main shaft can be taken apart, cleaned thoroughly, and there is no dead cleaning corner for the whole machine, which meets the GMP standard.
