Q1: Sample Rule
A: We prepare quality samples for free. For the first time cooperation,the postage would be at customer's cost. In next cooperation, it's all at us.
Q2: Lap Dips and Strike Offs
A:1. For plain dyed fabrics: Provide with color swatches or Pantone number. We finish in 2-4 business days. It's all free of charge.
2. For printed fabrics: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first and then send strike offs in 5-7 business days. It's at customer's cost before order is confirmed.
Q3: Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)
A:1. Plain dyed fabric: 300kgs per color. Any smaller quantity is also welcome.
2. Printed fabric: 400kgs per design per color.Any smaller quantity is also welcome.
Q4: Payment and Packing
A:1. We accept TT and L/C at sight, other payment term can be negotiated.
2. Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving bag outside or as required.
Q5: Trail Order
A: Trail order is necessary for new customers. The MOQ is 20kgs/color for all type of fabrics.
