Product Description
*Materials* It is made of high-quality mild steel plate Q345 (A36 steel equivalent). Use 6mm thick plates to ensure the mould is strong and durable. The materials are purchased from well-known steel mills to ensure that the tensile strength and yield strength meet the GB standard. A material certificate can be provided.
*Easy to Operate* The mold design is reasonable and the operation is humanized. Only 1-2 employees can easily produce the concrete barrier.
*Product specifications* Section size: (206+570)*815 mm, the range of length: 610*2 +1290*N mm, (N-integer), rebar is for your own needs.
*Accept Customization* The profile, length and color of the mold can be customized. Detailed drawings are required for customized molds.
*Packing & Shipping* We use stretch film to wrap the product, and the length within 5800 can be shipped by 20ft. The length within 12000mm can be shipped by 40ft.

5 Steps to Bulid a New Barrier
1.Fix side plate A, side plate B and top parts on the main body with pins.
2. Put the reinforce ribs into the mold.
3. Pouring concrete into the mold.
4. After the concrete has solidified, remove the pins and remove the side plate A, side plate B, and top parts.
5. Use a wrench to adjust the adjustable side so that it rotates outward along the A-A axis.
The concrete barrier is completed.
Manufacturing process
cutting-->bending-->assembling-->welding -->painting.
Laser Cutting
The laser cutting machine with a power of 3KW can cut carbon steel below 16mm (0.63 in) with an accuracy of ± 0.2 mm (0.008 in）.
Bending
The press brake with a capacity of 1000 tons can bend steel plates with a thickness of less than 20 mm (0.8 in )and a length of 6100 mm (240 in).
Welding
The combination of manual welding and robot welding not only ensures processing efficiency but also welding quality.
Inspection
The dimensions and welds bead will be 100% inspected to ensure that the quality meets the requirements.
Packing & Shipping
We use stretch film to wrap the product.The length within 5800 can be shipped by 20ft directly. Longer than 5800mm will be divided into several sections and then shipped by 20ft.
