A: EXW/ FOB/ CFR/ CIF terms.

A: As usual, it will take 30-60 days after receiving the advance payment, except the special order.

A: Yes, we can special design according to the customer's sample and drawings.
Q: Will you test the machine before delivery?
A: Yes, we test the machinery 100% before loading.
Q: Do you have videos for checking the machinery?
A: Yes, we can provide some machinery's videos for reference and also can guide you visiting our customer's factory for the site studying.

A: This is our responsibility and obligation, we will send the engineer for installation and commissioning, but the buyer should to afford the round-trip ticket, accommodation and salary.
