·    In the electrical system, all motors are equipped with automatic overload protection device. If any motor of main motor, auxiliary circuit oil pump motor, air cooling motor and lubricating pump motor is overloaded, all motors will stop running immediately and the overload signal light of corresponding overload motor on the console of operation room will be on. In order to prevent the main motor from starting at the same time, there is an interlock device in the electrical system. That is to say, when one motor is starting, other motors cannot be started. Other motors can only be started when the starting motor is completed.

 

·   When the cut steel bar falls into the receiving frame, due to the spring action, the cutter head will generally return to the original position. This is the basic working process of the tiger head shear. Firstly, the steel base materials of different materials are the most basic influencing factors. For the tiger head shear equipment, even for the same material, if the components of the materials are different, the cutting accuracy will be different. Secondly, the influence of different diameter of steel base material on the cutting accuracy can not be ignored, because the allowable cutting accuracy deviation of different diameter steel bars is completely different. In addition, the processing accuracy of steel bars required by different construction sites will also be different, which is also one of the factors affecting the shear accuracy of tiger head. In fact, when the operators actually operate this kind of equipment, the work effect between skilled and unskilled employees will also be very different, which is directly related to the cutting accuracy of the tiger shear. Turn on the power supply, the high-pressure oil pump will work immediately, and the oil will enter the rear cavity of the working cylinder.

 

·   When the system pressure is about to exceed the set pressure due to pressing and shearing, the "machine overload" signal light will be on, then the cycle selection switch "manual-automatic" should be placed in the "manual" position, and the new shearing position should be selected manually and cut. During manual operation, the "machine overload" signal light goes out, and the pressure can be reduced by changing the position of the corresponding control handle. In case of manual operation, when the overload delay of the machine is terminated, the control handle shall be in the middle position.
