Factory selling 12V/24V 30KW diesel water parking heater for truck cab
The diesel boiler of automobile adopts 24V or 12V DC power supply and consists of circulating heating system with diesel engine and radiator.
It can increase the oil temperature between the cylinder and the piston, decrease the viscosity of the oil, and heat the air in the intake manifold.
Automobile diesel boiler is a new low-temperature starting mode. This low-temperature starting mode is to extract the cooling fluid from the engine through the fuel oil heater and then recycle it to the engine through the fuel oil heater to heat the engine and achieve the purpose of starting the engine under low temperature conditions.
Fuel oil heater works, the motor drives the pump, combustion-supporting fan via pipeline to the atomizer, with combustion-supporting fan after atomization inhalation of air is mixed in the main combustion chamber, ignited by hot electric plug, turn back after burning in the combustion chamber, the heat sink for the inner surface of water jacket, will heat the water to set in the interlayer cooling medium, the heating medium under the action of water pump (or thermal convection), circulation in the whole pipeline system, to achieve heating.
The waste gas of combustion is discharged through the exhaust outlet.
