Description

This product adopts a touch screen design, the operation process is simple and intuitive, and the temperature of the working area is displayed in real time. The device is equipped with serial communication, which can be used to collect temperature information. The portable constant temperature oil tank uses a self-developed precision temperature control module, with appropriate heating components and stirring devices, so that the working environment of the oil tank can be stabilized within 0.01 ℃. The use of a high-precision temperature sensor in the portable tank can make the system's resolution reach 0.001°C.

The portable tank adopts the optimized PID control algorithm, and the temperature rises quickly, and the temperature difference stabilization time of 100°C only takes 15 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes for a temperature change of 10°C to stabilize. So when the load changes, the system can quickly reach a stable working environment again
