Main Features
1) UL & CE Rated Controls and Components.
2) Tanks conform to all ASME pressure vessel ratings and standards.
3) 100% leaking test of cooling jacket and tanks, internal pickling passivation before shipment.Roughness is less than 0.4um . All the necessary fittings such as breath valve, sample valve, manway, thermowell, pressure gauge,CIP ball,etc are all included.
4) Material is sanitary grade SS304 or 316L. TIG welded.
5) All control panels are pre-wired and pre-tested.
6)PLC Siemens color touch screens control system or button type.
7)Complete mechanical engineering support, on-site installation, start-up and training support for all systems.
8)Insulation or no-insulation design by customer's requirement.
9) Sloping bottom, Conical bottom, internal filtration net design by customer's requirement;
