Brief Introduction:
Hualing’s XF series compressed air filter complete in specifications can process 1~252Nm³/min of flow rate. There are five grades as XF9(3µ), XF7(1µ), XF5(0.01µ), XF3(0.01µ), XF1 (activated carbon) for your selection. The company has the most advanced testing equipment in the world imported from Germany. Also, we can specially make products according to requirements and overall installation dimensions supplied by customer, and provide the filter element replacement for Domnick Hunter,Hankison, Paker, Ultrafilter, Hiross, Zander, BEA, SMC and other precision filter in same quality.

b. Flow rate/Capacity:1Nm³/min ~ 252Nm³/min at 7barg(100Psig),
c. Filtration grade:0.01 Micron ~ 3 Micron.
d. Max working pressure:16barg/232Psig
e. Max working teperature:66℃, and (120℃ is available also)

· Extension current route to slow pressure drop
· Filter housing is made of high-quality aluminium alloy and carbon steel.
· Surface is coated with epoxy resin powders so as to improve the durability and corrosion resistance.
· Threaded connection is used at inlet and outlet. Filter housing is marked with flow direction of air, with easy installation.
· Compact design is to reduce the space for maintenance.
· New pressure indicator can indicate the best time to change the filter.
· Level indicator can be convenient to monitor the liquid level and pay attention to the state of preventive maintenance so as to avoid downstream pollution.
· Reliable automatic drain
