Q1:Are you a manufacturer?
A:Yes,We are manufacturers.Our company has 600,000 square meters ofproduction area, design, storage and marketing office.we can do OEM&ODM withcustomized logo and designs,our factory is located in Jinjiang city, Fujian province,China. Welcome your visiting at any time!
Q2:Caniget the sample?
A:Yes, we can send sample for you, our sample fee is $50/pairs,but we will return thisfee after you place the order.pls contact our sales to know the details.
Q3:How can you control the quality for us?
A:Once you place an order to us,we will send confirmation samples for yourchecking before bulk production. lf confirmed,our professional Qc will take thesample to the factory for checking materials, last, out sole, craft and all the packingdetails and make sure everything as your requirement. What's more,it's alsowelcomed that your QC can go to inspect production.
Q4:What is your lead time?
A:Stock:5-15 days in general.No stock:60-90 days after samples confirmed.
Q5:May l order small quantity of shoes?
A:There is no MoQrequirement for our stock.But for OEM & ODM,MOQ is 1000pairs per color. However, we can accept or customize your small order by followingsuggestions:
1 ) We can recommend our shoes in stock;
2) we will add the extra cost which will be caused by shoes lasts,cutting die,materials and outsoles for small orders inside the unit price;
3) We can negotiate with each other for solving all the problems in a happy ending.
Q6:What is the payment way?
A:We accept L/C at sight, T/T, and alibaba trade assurance payment. lf you worriedabout the payment, you can choose alibaba, assurance payment, which will protectyour money, delivery time and quality.
