Application
Homogenizing furnace mainly used in homogenization of aluminum rod to refine the crystalline particles. It is the specialized heat treatment equipment for homogenization of aluminum rod after casting.
Homogenizing furnace is used to eliminate the remaining stress and microscopic inhomogeneity caused by casting, reduce segregation and extrusion resistance, increase plasticity, etc. It is applicable in aluminum alloy plant to manufacture homogenizing aluminum rod and billet.

Description
Homogenizing furnace mainly consists of steel external shell, refractory lining, furnace door, enhanced clamping mechanism of the furnace door, combustion system and air circulating system. The furnace is rectangular in shape and has vertical lifting or lowering furnace door with draught fan and burner installed at the side. The external part of the homogenizing furnace is made of Q235 steel whereas the internal part made of stainless steel and cotton insulation. We provide custom-made service to our customers to manufacture homogenizing furnace using natural gas, homogenizing gas using electric heating, homogenizing gas using diesel, etc.
