Q3: What is the sample lead time and production lead time? Q3: Stock standard samples are taken for 2 days. The production lead time depends on the number of orders you place, based on the MOQ approximately 7-15 days.
Q4: What are your payment terms? A4: T/T 30% deposite, 70% is before we send out. We would show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance. We accepted pay with the Alibaba online pay, T/T and Paypal.
Q5: What the shipping way would be? A5: For sample we would send by express (DHL, UPS, Fedex and etc.); (3-7 days) For normal order, we suggested the airshipping. ( 7-16 days) If you are not urgent, we also can help to send by sea ( 20-45 days) or send to your agent place.
Q6: Could I do customized for my sample? A6: Yes, if you need we can help you to laser your logo in workable place (cost money and days). But the package box cannot, it's need MOQ.
