1.    What should be included in the inquiry?

Please list out your material, quantity, size, finish, color and package requests in your inquiry, and provide 3D/2D drawings if

possible ( AI or CDR files are preferred) . If you only have a rough idea of what your need, we can help with designing and

advise the best solution.

As soon as the product requests and drawing are fully confirmed, we will send our formal quotation within 12 hours.

2.    What payment terms and methods does X-Magic accept?

Once prices are all agreed, we will issue Proforma Invoice for you, please pay the deposit or the tooling cost first.

When production is complete, we will send photos of the products for you to check. If everything is accepted, please arrange

the balance payment, we will then ship out the goods as per your requests, and look forward to your feedbacks on our

product and service.

We accept payment via West Union, Money Gram, T/T or L/C, etc.

3.    What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for keychains?

Our MOQ varies depending on different products. In General, MOQ 100 pcs for medals / car emblems / coins / belt buckles;

MOQ 200 pcs for pins / badges / keychains.

However, we do understand that our clients wish to test market before placing the volume order, please don’t hesitate to

discuss with us about your quantity request.

4.    What is your production time?

We will start tooling or sample making right after receiving your deposit, and send samples for confirmation within 7

workdays, by express (FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT etc.)

If samples are accepted and confirmed, we will then start the production right away, and keep you posted about the

progress. It usually takes 10 to 15 workdays for mass production.
