AegisWall™ solid aluminium panel is a 3mm or 4mm non-combustible aluminum cassette cladding system which can be curved, rolled and perforated. It is wide range of finishes and sizes to ensure even the most complex designs can be achieved. The marine grade aluminium provides first class panel longevity as well as corrosion resistance, much sturdier, highly durable and impact resistant.
Offering exceptional quality and fire performance in accordance with AS1530.1 standards, AegisWall® provides a definitive, non-combustible cladding solution for compliance and safety with no complications.
AegisWall® solid aluminium panels are pre-finished and the flexibility of the PVDF coating means that they do not require sheet metal processing or fabrication prior to coating, unlike traditional powder-coated aluminium cassette, which minimizes lead-times, reduce transportation damage and coating costs.

THE MANUFACTURE

AegisWall®  is ideal for laser cutting, stamping, perforating, bending, curving, grooving and other sheet metal processing. The coating will not fall off, excellent weather resistance, durable, UV resistant.

AegisWall®  non-combustible aluminium solid panels are widely used in cladding systems, facades, ceilings, billboards, curtain walls, partitions, roofs, etc.
