A: We are the proud Chinese branch of the historic firm PAI Cristal Italia, founded in Milan in 1965.
Q: Is your product Made in Italy?
A: Top line products are imported in bulk from our Italy headquarters and then repackaged in China.
Other standard products are produced in China, but key raw material are still coming from Italy.
Q: Can I have a free sample?
A: We can send a small sample free of charge, however you have to pay for the shipment cost and for occasional inspection/testing fees requested by China customs authorities.
Q: Which logistics service are you using to send samples?
A: We normally ship by DHL, but we can accept to use any carrier of your choice.
Q: How long will it take to get a sample?
A: Usually we can prepare the sample in 1~2 days, plus the actual transport time
Q: Can you provide an MSDS? (material safety data sheet)
A: Yes, we can offer an English MSDS for any of our products.
Q: is your product safe?
A: All our products are generally safe for standard use, however chemical substances should always be handled with care and shouldn’t be put in contact with eyes or ingested. Prolonged and repeated contact with the skin might cause irritation.
Q: Can you do OEM orders?
A: Yes. We offer OEM services and can also do minor adjustments to the formula to adapt it to your needs. We require however a substantial minimum order.
