Q1: What's the order process?
A: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q2: Can I get a product sample? A: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q3: what is your lead time and delivery time ? A : It depands on the quantity you ordered, the leading time is about 7-15 days.
Q4: what is the express company do you use ? A: general, we use DHL,UPS TNT ARAMEX FedIex IP/IE is ok or special railway line.
