Direction of Use

Usually, PU foam earplug can not be cleaned, so keep your hand clean before use.

Take one ear plug and make it slim between your forefinger and thumb.

Pull your ear upwards and outwards (this is important), then insert the slim ear plug.

The slim ear plug will expand in your ear canal (last 30 seconds). When you feel that the ear plug has swelled to the fullest in your ear canal,
put down your hand.
