LMC series mixer is a new type of material mixing machine. Through the convective stirring of the planetary shaft, the material can be stirred with high efficiency, and it has the characteristics of high mixing and low energy consumption. The inside of the machine is equipped with a wear-resistant lining to prevent damage to the inside of the machine. The stirring arm is made of steel, which greatly improves the service life of the machine. The internal unloading scraper allows the machine to unload quickly, and there are two other unloading methods to choose from. (Pneumatic discharge and hydraulic discharge)

movement make the material severely mixing and achieve the uniform distribution.

Mixing Locus Diagrams:
The diagram show the prefect mixing action of the counter-current planetary mixer from 6 to 60 seconds after materials added. Note that the floor is completely swept by the mixing star’s action every 4 revolutions (6 seconds) and that each zone is covered at regular interval in time.
