Q1.What is your MOQ ? Is sample order available? A: The MOQ is 2pcs. We accept sample order but price is different according to quantities. One sample fee will be returned if customer place bulk orders more than 200 pieces.
Q2. Can you offer OEM service? A: Yes, we can do OEM&ODM.
Q3. We want to use our LOGO, is that fine? A: Absolutely, plastic injection permanent LOGO, gift box and carton design are all in your preference. This project’s MOQ is 500pcs.
Q4. How is Delivery time? A: Within 15 days after design confirmation and receipt of deposit. We have majority of stocks, but the delivery time can be negotiated for different quantities if you want to use the customized logo or package.
Q5. Do you have inspection procedure before shipping? A:Yes,QC inspection will be done before each shipment.
Q6. What about payment terms? A: 30% TT deposit + 70% TT before loading. B: Sample fee paid before proceed sending.
