Application:

The industrial horizontal powder ribbon blender mixer is widely applied by the pharmaceuticals, chemical, foodstuff, pigments, cosmetics and so on.

Structure:

Horizontal ribbon mixer comprises of U-shape barrel,transmisstion parts and ribbon agitating blades which usually have doubleor triple layers with outside screw gathering material from side to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix.

It has a very good effect for mixing powder, or mixing powder with liquid.

Two types of sealing:

(1) The packing seal is a conventional seal on which the gas seal can be added to increase the sealability.

(2) The mechanical seal has better sealing performance than the packing seal, less leakage and long service life. It can be used for powder and liquid, and has a wider range of use and higher price.

Its components are moving ring, static ring, cooling device, compression spring and so on (It depends on the specific equipment).

Export standard package. Fumigation wooden box or container.

For small machine, we pack it in wooden box.

For super big machine, we will separate the machine into several parts and pack it with film. Then, fix them in container with steel to avoid any shaking or moving during the shipping.
