This equipment is mainly used for the washing of glass bottles and polyester bottles before filling. It mainly includes the processes of bottle feeding, bottle grabbing, turning, washing, water control, turning reset, and bottle discharging. 2. Main features:
l The machine adopts strong mechanical clamping jaws, and the parts are precision cast of 304 stainless steel, which is stable and reliable. Each part is inlaid with tetrafluoroethylene and synthetic rubber, making it easier to clamp the bottle.
l The speed of the equipment can be adjusted, the height of bottle replacement can be adjusted manually, and the in and out bottle is equipped with an overload protection device.
l The gripper is equipped with a control water spray device.
