Add the reflective powder directly to the varnish, add appropriate additives to enhance its fastness, and screen print after
uniform adjustment (note that this method is better)

Adding reflective powder directly to the ink to make reflective ink, silk screen or brush coating on fabric or other objects
method 3:
First apply printing paste on the bottom layer, then apply reflective paste on the surface of the object, and finally dry and solidify
