The vibration motor is the exciting source of the combination of power source and vibration source. The vibration motor installs a group of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, and uses the centrifugal force produced by the shaft and eccentric block to obtain the exciting force. When the vibration motor is installed on the vibrating machine, the anchor bolt of the vibration motor must be fastened, and an elastic washer must be added under each nut, and double nuts must be used if necessary. At the initial stage of operation of the vibration motor, due to the running-in between the bolt, nut and base planes, the fastening force will be reduced and a small loosening will occur, so the anchor bolt of the motor should be tightened many times at the initial stage of operation, once a day at the beginning and once a week after two weeks. The vibrating motor may be damp during transportation or when it is idle for a long time. The insulation of the winding should be checked before use, and the corresponding method should be used to deal with it if it is damp.

Three windings with a difference of 120 °are placed in the circumferential space of the rotor, and then the three windings are connected according to the star or triangle connection method, the three windings are connected with the three-phase AC voltage, and the three-phase AC current flows into the three windings. The three windings will produce a rotating magnetic field similar to that produced by magnets. Each closed conductor in the rotating magnetic field produces an induced current, and the magnetic field exerts a force on the conductor through which the current flows. Push each conductor to move in a certain direction, and the rotor starts to run, and a group of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed on the rotor shaft, and the centrifugal force is generated by the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block to obtain the exciting force.
