FAQ
1. What is your MOQ? If I want kinds of products in one container, could you please give me your price?
A: Normally, 40’RH max capacity is 24mt, 20’RF max capacity is 12mt. Any quantity can be mixed with other products, MOQ is 10 tons. We can do the LCL for kinds of products, Pls tell me the name and weight of each products.
2. What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Bulk packing is 1x10kgs/ctn, Retail packing such as 10x1kg/ctn, 20x500g/ctn, 4x2.5kgs/ctn, 20x1lbs/ctn, all can be base on customers request.
3. Can I get the samples?
A: Sample is free, but the freight cost could be negotiated, since frozen foods need to be delivered with dry ice and the cost is expensive, but the freight cost can be return if order is made.
4. If I give you an order, how can you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: We Clean sorted from very fresh raw materials without residue, damaged or rotten ones. All products processed by experienced factories and supervised by our QC team. Already passed BRC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, ISO certification.
5. How long will it take to ship?
A: Normal is 15-20 days after order confirmed. If the product isn't in season and need more days. I'll tell you in advance. We provide Shipment Review/Reporting and Management.
6. What is your payment term?
A: For first cooperation, it's better to do with TT or L/C. With further coopration, it's also possible to do with D/P and extend your payment ways.
