9. What is the warranty you offer for your watches?
We provide a 1-year warranty for our watches (with the only exception being if the damage is caused by abuse or misuse by the owner). All our watches are quality control double checked and are guaranteed to be in working condition before shipment. If you receive watches that are broken or in non-working condition, chances are they were destroyed in transit during shipping. If this were to happen, we ask that you send us photos or video to show us and we will either replace them in your next order or we can negotiate a different solution.
