Q1. Where is your factory located? Are you a direct factory? A1: Our factory is located in Chaozhou city, Guangdong Province, China. Yes. We are direct factory with 20,000 square meters production area. Q2. Can I visit your factory? A2: Yes. It is about 3 hours high-speed train from Guangzhou and about 30 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport to our factory. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory any time! Q3. How do you control the quality of products? A3: We have a professional QC team, who will supervise and inspect strictly each links from production to packaging before delivery. Q4. How about the sample fee? A4: We would like to provide you the sample for checking, and the sample fee will be return after order confirmed. The shipping cost of sample will pay by your side. Q5. What is your payment term? A5: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance paid before shipment. Q6. What is your payment method? A6: T/T will be the best, but it is ok if you want to pay in another way. Q7. What is the production lead time? A7: Normal sample needs 3 to 7 days, a 20 GP needs 20-25 days, a 40 HQ needs 25-30 days after deposit received. But if it is an urgent order, we will try our best to reduce the time.
