JL3 also sell the auxiliary machine such as Pull & tear WAT dispensers, Manual WAT dispensers & Electric WAT dispensers & the slitting machine we specially design for the water activated tape which of of very high operation efficiency and good quality.
How To Use The WAT Tape
Use the machine which is specialized in wipe water.
Or you’ll need to apply moisture/water to the bottom (non-printed side) of the tape. You can do this manually by using a wet sponge (included with your order) or by using a tape machine/dispenser (sold separately).
Packaging
Our Regualr Packaging - High Efficiency & Secure
We use plastic bags and high quality corrugated cases to pack the water activated tapes to make sure the tapes will be damaged during transportion.
Finished Roll - 1.1 Loading the Rolls
We can also wrap the rolls with plastic bag for free before load them into the case.
Finished Roll - 1.2 Carton Sealing
Single-line WAT tape sealing of the carton bottom.
Finished Roll- 1.3 Palleting
Load the cartons on the pallet properly.
Stretch film wrapping.
Load the cartons evenly, firmly, in order.
Palletizing smoothly and tightly.
2. Packaging of the Printing Roll
2.1 Load all the tapes on the pallets.
2.2 Wrap two laps of stretch film outside the tapes by automatic stretch wrapping machine.
2.3 Wrap one lap of single wall paperboard around，seal the joints by tapes, cover a layer of paperboard on the top, fix around by tape.
2.4 Put the paper corners on two opposite sides and bundle with type II polyester strapping in two lines. From bottom to top, from top to bottom, twice for each.
2.5 Stick the shipping marking on the front side of the pallet.
3. Packaging of the Jumbo Roll
3.1 Wrap the jumbo rolls with shockproof packaging film.
3.2 Wrap one lap of single wall paperboard around，seal the joints by tapes, cover a layer of paperboard on the top, fix around by tape.
3.4 Bundle with type II polyester strapping in two lines. From bottom to top, from top to bottom, twice for each.
3.5 Stick the shipping marking on the front side of the pallet.
