Product Description
WD-Ni 50 is a hardfacing alloy for application by welding and the spray-fuse and powder-weld processes. It is machinable, and produces very hard dense corrosion resistant coatings with superior fusing characteristics. Should be considered where mild impact is possible, as it has lower crack sensitivity than WD-Ni 60. This is necessarily achieved by loss of some abrasion resistance. Hot hardness maintained to approximately 400°C. Used on extruder screw flights, wear rings, bearings, camshafts and diesel engine valve facings. Used to spray and fuse glass-forming plungers when high hardness is required.

Q1. What is your product line?
A: We specialize in hardfacing & wear-resistant welding / thermal spray consumables, with the strength of Cobalt, Nickel and Iron based alloys in form of rod, powder and electrode.
Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we offer FREE sample for inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100kgs.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 3-5 pcs for sample checking is available.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Depends on the transportation you choose. It usually takes 3 weeks to arrive by sea. Airline and Express shipping are also optional.
Q6. Do you have a fixed price list?
A: We do not. We quote based on the result we evaluate customers from various aspects, such as quantity, payment term, lead time, etc.
Q7. Is it OK to label my logo on packages?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before the production. You could confirm the design earlier based on our sample.

A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
