Q1. What's the payment term
TT 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment.
Q2.Can I order if quantity less than MOQ
Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.Our company supports customized LOGO,size, shape and packaging of products.
Q3. What is the standard packing
All products will be first packed by PE bags sealed, then by carton box. If shipping in containers, we will also load with pallets. Special packing request can be further discussed.
Q4. Could you please tell us the monthly capacity of your production
1800 tons per month, including O-rings, tailor-made rubber products and customized silicone products.
Q5 Do you use any international standards for the silicone rubber products
We mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials, tolerances as per ISO3302, ISO2768, etc.
