WK-600 600g Lab Coffee Roaster
The WK-600 small household coffee roaster can roast up to 700g. Compared with the 300g machine, it has two built-in thermostats to control the temperature of hot air and coffee beans, a built-in gas meter, and drum speed control.

Smoke exhaust system
The WK-600 coffee roaster adopts a combination of electric and manual damper. Its chaff collector is directly connected to the host through a hoop, and the installation can be completed by one person. We eliminated the long exhaust pipe connecting the machine and the chaff unit, and the new direct connection method greatly improved the efficiency of the exhaust system. Its manual damper handle is made of stainless steel instead of plastic, which will not break easily due to overheating caused by frequent use of the machine.
Drum speed control and data logger
Although WK-600 is a small coffee roaster, it still designed with the drum speed control and data logger. We use the Japan brand variation speed motor for drum speed adjustment which is more durable, the adjust range is 0-100 RPM, it helps you develop more of your roasting skills. The USB port is next to the drum speed control switch on back of the machine, the computer USB works with Artisan software for data logger function. You can also choose for using Bluetooth adapter (factory will attach one to machine) connects machine and computer for reading and recording your roasting profiles.
Chaff Collector Cyclone
WK series chaff cyclone is fully made of stainless steel with a latch type door on bottom, you can easy to open and clean out the chaff by one hand. On the top of the chaff unit, there is a stainless steel insulation layer (the white round part) to stop the heats keep delivering to the fan motor which sit on top of chaff collector while roasting, In this way, the fan motor is not easy to broken because of
overheat. There are several bolts fasten a cover to chaff unit wall on top , that helps you clean up the chaff unit deeply by just taking off the bolts.
