Company Profile




Since 1985 our passionate history and love for our territory
are the two strong emotions that have been handed down
from father to child in Vieste family, from one generation to another,
inciting to start the production of
an high quality and delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oil.






Our production is born inside the National park of Gargano area,
few steps by the sea and the forest, surrounded by olive trees full of history.
The uncontaminated nature of our territory created a temperate microclimate, that nurtured the growth of olive trees and
it has been the luck of our family and of our trees.




Our Extra Virgin olive oil comes mainly from a selection of the best olives of our fine cultivar “Ogliarola Garganica”. Besides our autochthonous cultivar, we also combined in the production other two excellent varieties of olives: Coratina and Leccino.

The olive oil is produced through the best extraction techniques with the best technologies available in the market, without leaving completely the tradition. In fact the modern oil machines are combined with strong synergy to the ancient stone mills called “molazze”.
Today we use the extraction method at 2 phases for the most of our products. The olives are harvested and quickly crushed, then pressed with soft pressure that guarantees the homogeneity of the paste and the oil with the lowest acidity.




The long history, passion and link to our land allowed us to get always high quality extra virgin olive oil. Because intuition is important but the passion and the dedication are much more.
This is the same dedication that guides us every day producing a quality product 100% Garganico, as we love to say, and it’s the same passion for a difficult and wonderful land, that incites us. And today, as in the past, our passion drives us towards goals biggers and biggers.
