Food Grade Silicone Baking Mat for Dough Rolling /Cookie Baking
The silicone baking mat is composed of fiberglass and is coated on both sides with non-stick silicone, allowing for the dough to be rolled out effortlessly. Store them by either rolling them up or keeping them flat. Fiberglass baking mats replace parchment paper, and can be used at temperatures varying from -40 degrees C to 250 degrees C (-40 degrees F to 482 degrees F).
