Q1. How can I start an order of leshi chairs? A: Try to start with an E-mail asking for price of your interested products or contact us by telephone, whats app.
Q2. Can I ask for a sample before place an order? A: Yes, samples are available if necessary. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.
Q3. If I order a small quantity, will you treat me seriously? A: Of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious penitential customer. It doesn't matter how small or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.
Q4. Can I pay a visit to your factory? A: Sure. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. We will do our best to give you help on local transportation.
Q5. What is the payment term of your factory? A: Normally in TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading; L/C acceptable.
Q6. How does your quality control? A: The quality control begins from production. Defective products will be moved to milling workshop for recycling before entering warehouse. The quality control team will check more details during packing one by one. Some chairs will be selected randomly for each batch of mass production to be tested in our lab.
