White fused alumina/White aluminium oxide (WA) is electrically fused in the furnace with high grade bayer processed alumina as raw material..It has high purity,ability of self-sharpening,better cutting,less heat emit,higher efficiency,acid and alkali resistance,good thermal stability.Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for grinding high-speed,high carbon steel ,etc.It also can be used as materialsfor grinding and polishing,precision casting,spaying and coating, medium body for chemical industry,special ceramics and high-grade refractory materials,etc.

Our factory was built in 2000, and almost at the same time, Dengfeng hongsheng Abrasives Co., Ltd. corporation also began to enter into the manufacture field and continuously invested in artificial corundum and silicon carbide factories. We have developed into a leading manufacturing-trading complex enterprise. Now Dengfeng Hongsheng owns one sharing bauxite mine, one full investment artificial corundum size processing plant, one artificial corundum smelting plant with five bauxite calcine kilns, one silicon carbide smelting plant and 2 sharing refractory material plants. Those plants can produce many kinds of abrasive products and refractory products, such as brown fused alumina, white fused alumina, silicon carbide, and stainless steel fiber.
