Q: Why does nano coated meltblown have high filtration efficiency and low resistance?
A: The wire diameter of electrostatic spinning fiber is 100-300 nm, while the wire diameter of meltblown is usually 3-5 microns.(1micron =1000 nm).The network composed of nano-spinning with very small linear diameter has a smaller pore diameter and can block particles of 0.1 micron, so it has a high filtration efficiency. Meanwhile, because the material structure is vertical and the porosity is high, the air breathing is better.
