A: Generally,3~7 working days for sample/small RTS orders, 35~45 working days for mass & OEM orders. For lower cost courier service, like Packet or EMS, please be noted of unexpected delays may happen.

A: We encourage all of our buyers to use Alibaba Trust Assurance to place order, alternatively, for customize orders, we accept T/T of 30% deposit in advance, balance of 70% before shipping.
