Product Usage:

Product Structure:
Combined high-efficiency filter is also called large air volume W-type and V-type filter.For the filter media, we have Ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper and PP filter paper, use hot-melt glue to form a W-shaped structure, which is firm and durable, and greatly increases the filter area, ventilation and dust holding capacity of the filter, and reduces ventilation resistance.The filter media is completely sealed with the latest eco-friendly polyester sealant adhesive in the frame to prevent side leakage around it. The sealant completely seals the edge of the filter material and the outer frame. That is, it seals all the channels that may leak. The sealed polyurethane glue completely penetrates between the filter material and the outer frame to prevent the formation of voids. The polyurethane is soft and elastic, which can effectively prevent cracking and vibration damage to the filter material during transportation.
