Product Description




A Disperser Mixer  is under action of high speed mixing, the liquid or liquid-solid materials are stirred, dissolved and dispersed at high speed to complete the process of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, depolymerization and stabilization. The stirring speed is adjustable (electromagnetic speed regulation or frequency conversion speed regulation). The speed range is 0-8000 rpm, medium speed for stirring and dissolving, high speed for dispersing and homogenizing.

Advantages of a Dispersing Machine

1. Make slurry in annular flow, produce strong vortex area, the particles on the surface of the slurry descend to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape.
2. A turbulent zone is formed
2.5-5 mm around the edge of disperser disc, the particles are strongly sheared and impacted;

3. There are laminar flow layers under disperser disc, the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse to achieve dispersion
effect.


* Equipment body can rotate 270 or 360 degree. One machine with multi-vessels, or switch to press discharging tank, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
