Q: which way you ship the goods and how long I can receive them?
A: Ship to USA/Canada : Air and sea shipping, air(10-15 days), sea (25-30 days) ,both door to door.
Ship to Europe : Air and train shipping , air(7-15 days), train (30-40 days), both door to door.
Ship to South America: Express(Fedex/DHL/UPS) ,normally takes 12-15 days.
Ship to Asia( Japan/ Korea/Southeast Asia): Express and sea shipping , Express (7-12 days), sea shipping (18-30 days)
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually we adopt T/T term. 30% T/T in advance as deposit,70% balance payment before shipment.
Q: Are you trading company or manufactory? A: We are manufacture factory with trade department.
Q: What's your MOQ? A: Different items have diiferent MOQ. Please kindly contact me to check.
Q: Can you customize the item in size, design and logo? A: Yes, we support the size, design and logo of the customized products.
Q: Do you provide samples? A: Yes, we could provide samples as your requirement. However you need to pay the sample and freight cost. It needs 3-7 days to prepare samples.
Q: What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 30% as deposit and balance payment at sight of copy B/L. L/C is acceptable, but only IRREVOCABLE 100% at sight.

Q: What is the lead time? A: For the RTS products the lead time is 3-7 days after received payment. For the customized products the lead time is usually taking about 2 weeks after received payment.
