Paper pulp making / Pulp molding double disc refiner

Double disc refiner （called low consistency refiner）is used for paper pulp processing for paper making mill, and tableware mill, egg tray, pulp molding mill. By grinding raw material, to increase the breaking pulp degree to get best pulp fiber. The working consistency is 2-5%.
When running, two units or three units in series to get best effect.
The control way is by manual, or electrical way, or full automatically.

There are two inlets, and one outlet. There are four refining plates in pulping chamber.
The chest body is made of cast iron or stainless steel 304, and there are two units of grinding plates, one unit is stable plate, and one unit is movable plate. The plates are made of wear resistance alloy and chrome plated.
The motor is from Chinese famous or Siemense or user-specified brand.

It takes only 10 seconds for this machine to provide required measurements. Last but not least, our electronic components are all purchased from Siemens, Schneider and other world-renowned brands. This accompanied by our in-house developed control cabinets enables us to provide a powerful guarantee on the quality of all electrical control systems.

We have established a state-of-the-art production workshop to create all components required by our diversified papermaking machines and environmentally-friendly products， especially waste water treatment machines. Once the processing has been finished, these components will be sent to a 12,000m2 assembly workshop where we can complete assembly, quality control procedures and other manufacturing processes. Each year the output value of our products can reach up to 150 million RMB.
