Q: What size of car freezer do you have? A: We have 18/20/25/30/35/40/45/55and more.
Q: MOQ for the product? A: Our normal product MOQ is 10pcs. If customer need to buy less than 10pcs, we can also consider. But price will be higher than wholesale level.
Q: What is your sample policy? Will you offer free sample? A: Because each fridge is not a cheap item, we cannot offer free sample. Usually, customers pay our car fridge samples and ship at the cost of their own. If later set order more than 100pcs, we will refund the sample fridge cost.
Q: What compressor your factory use for the fridges? How about the warranty? A: We have Germany compressor and Chinese compressor. Both give 3 years warranty.
Q: What about the Lead time? A: 15-25 working days normally.
Q: What payment terms? A: T/T 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L , L/C , West Union.
